This course has also been developed as a top up course for Environmental Enforcement Officers to include the dual role of dealing with environmental enforcement but also parking enforcement.
This 3 day Certificate for Civil Parking Enforcement Officers is an economical alternative offering the same basic job training for Civil Parking Enforcement Officers as a replacement for the former Level 2 Civil Parking Enforcement Officers course.
It is a blended training programme covering roles and responsibilities of a Parking Enforcement Officer combined with a certificate in Conflict Management.
This is a scenario based training programme. Taking real life scenarios and re-enacting them to demonstrate how to de-escalate some of the most aggressive situations in an assertive but professional manner whilst offering the highest standards of customer care to help motorists and bystanders understand what to do next.

This course of training is to identify, understanding and diffusing conflict situations.
It is open to any person who may be exposed within a job role that involves dealing with people who may become abusive, aggressive or violent.
