Our Managing Director was part of the original steering group made up of parking professionals, The British Parking Association and City and Guilds who created the first ever nationally accredited Level 2 Civil Parking Enforcement Officers course.

This course has been developed to include the dual role of not only enforcing parking matters but environmental matters with additional training days.

The Level 2 Award for Door Supervisors was originally developed as part of Simply Self Defence (SSD) Limited portfolio of training after the introduction of The Security Industry Authority.

Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders was added to the portfolio when Door Supervisors were introduced to alcohol licensing and an understanding of the Licensing Act and their responsibilities and understanding of the law in relation to working within licensed premises.

There is a direct link between all of our training courses.

Level 2 Civil Parking Enforcement training courses includes conflict management training and for some councils, they add the additional day of physical intervention training.

Environmental Enforcement Officer training courses includes conflict management training and in most cases physical intervention training as an optional add on.

SIA Level 2 Award for Door Supervisor training courses include both conflict management and physical intervention training.

Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders training courses include a module of how to deal with conflict and customer care.

All of these courses are in compliance with the employers duty to ensure, as far as reasonably practicable, the health, safety and welfare of all employees. Customer care training is available for any employee who works in a face to face or front line role and is a great add on for refresher training within enforcement.

Please visit our contact page, send us any questions you may have regarding any of our courses and we will respond to you within 24 hours.

This is a stand alone course but is also a requirement for Security Industry Authority licensed Door Supervisors and Security Guards to hold a 1st Aid at Work Qualification as part of their training.
